This Vicair Liberty Profile pressure relief cushion weighs only 600g and has an integrated foam base with a semi-circle cut out near the sitting bones. The hybrid combination of SmartCells and foam-base provides pelvic stability and comfort in the IT-Coccyx zone. The addition of a second air valve allows for even easier automatic adaptation to body shape.
As a result, it’s an excellent occasional cushion for wheelchair users who need comfort and positioning support.
This wheelchair cushion will provide low to medium support and will help to prevent pressure injuries.

This coccyx cushion has a semi-circle cut out at the location of the sitting bones and an integrated foam base. As a result, it provides pressure relief, pelvic stability, and increased positioning comfort in the IT-Coccyx zone.
Pressure relief cushion
Vicair Smartcells are air-filled Tetrahedron-shaped units. Each Vicair wheelchair cushion contains hundreds of SmartCells, resulting in perfect pressure distribution and stability. To reduce movement, the cells in this coccyx cushion are encapsulated in silicon oil.
Auto adapts to your bodyshape
The wheelchair cushion’s two air valves automatically adjust to your body shape and weight. There are no manual adjustments required. The cushion is divided into two compartments by a barrier that gently prevents the occupant from sliding forwards.
Optional Air Exchange Cover
The Vicair Liberty Profile is available with an Air Exchange cover for added comfort. This cover is made of 3D mesh fabric, which is more breathable for heat transfer and a better microclimate.
