The Vela Tango Bariatric Independence Chair is a one-of-a-kind indoor mobility chair that gives those with limited lower limb mobility more independence. This mobility chair has a central brake system for extra safety. the VELA Tango 310E independence chair allows for seated walking. It is very robust and can be used for activities at home or at work.

Seat lift with electric lift
The motorised lift feature enables for a 15-centimeter elevation for increased reach, sitting higher by countertops, or assisting in standing. A button located under either the left or right armrest controls the lift.

Safety Brake
It’s safe to stand and sit because the chair can’t move because of the central brake and is supported by robust armrests. The centre brake can be mounted on the left or right side of the vehicle. It provides a secure seating position in daily activities or transfers when combined with the non-rotating frame.

Sit comfortably
Feel supported in a stable and comfortable sitting position provided by a larger seat and backrest. An upright seating position allows the person to breathe more readily and boost blood oxygenation.

Suitable for users weighing up to 300 kg
While seated, you can walk the chair around to become more self-reliant in various activities, such as cooking, and therefore avoid immobility. eLegs, knees, and hips are also alleviated when the activities are done while seated, resulting in less muscle/joint pain and tiredness.
